Letter of Credit Forum

Hi friends,

The L/C requeired docs to be sent as second mail after 1st mail, my question is if the second mail arrived before the 1st mail ... should we negotiate the 2nd mail documents as you know most of 2nd mail docs are copies not oringinal ... article 14 b UCP 600 stating that issuing bank has 5 days from presentation date to determine if docs are complied or not.

what should i do in case of 2nd mail arrived first?
