HBL or HAWB a Discrepancy?

Hi to all learned member of this site.

I wanted to know when LC is silent about the type of BL(carrier or agent) to be

presented .......will presenting house BL will be treated as discrepancy??

HBL is okay

Assuming that the LC calls for a ”Bill of lading” it is not a discrepancy that a House B/L is presented as long as it complies with UCP 600 article 20 – specifically sub-article 20(a)(i) …
