House BL? or only Master BL? QQ?

I have to export wood from Indonesia but I dont have my company there and I need the buyer does not know the identity of the supplier.

The Logistic company sugges to me to use a "rented" company that will use the necesary certificates and once  the documents are being endorsed they will put my company name under the exporter name company in the house BL (QQ.

 The house BL and this QQ undernamed company will be enough to grant that my LC will be accepted by the bank?

Hi Miguel,

You have many more problems than you think. How will your "rented" company get licensed with the Indonesian authorities as an exporter? How will your company obtain the relevant phytosanitary certificate and certificate of origin in that name if you are not there to arrange it? How will you pay your actual supplier in Indonesia? How will you get your profits in the "rented" company out of Indonesia?
How will you deal with Indonesian tax laws? And many more. Are you already knowledgable and experienced in the timber industry?Somehow I doubt it.

Much more homework needed I believe!

I will appreciatte you focus on it and you answer about the house BL, this is really my problem.
