I don't know exactly the old

I don't know exactly the old name of A and B and C closes of insurance and if these are stands for the acronyms of something. Anyway I am guessing it as a insurance policy that is used to use in the company.

Institute cargo (all risks)

Institute cargo (all risks) does not mean all risk covered. It means it does not mention percentage like in the case of franchise and excess.

Hi friend, in my booklet about Insurance is written that  ICC Clauses A, B and C, 01.01.1982 replaced ICC All Risks Clauses 1963 (W.A and F.P.A.) For the meaning you have to read the clauses, the main aim is that A is covering All risks except those listed, B and C cover the risks listed. War and Strikes Riots and Civil Commotions are always excluded and must be covered by specific clause.

Hoping to have being useful

old names

Hi friend, as already said ,before 1982 the clauses were:

-Institute Cargo Clause (All Risks) dd 01.01.1963,

-Institute Cargo Clause (W.A) dd 01.01.1963,

-Institute Cargo Clause (F.P.A.) dd 01.01.1963.

-Institute Strikes Riots and Civil Commotions Clause dd 01.01.1963,

-Institute War Clause dd 01.07.1976,

-Institute Theft, Pilferage and Non-Delivery(insured value) Clause dd 16.07.1928.

Those clauses do not totally reflect the clause ICC A, B or C and War or SRCC, but them include or exclude same risks.

IMHO, TPND Clause is already included in ICC A.

I think you can find more information in Internet or asking an Insurance Company.

Bankers or documents checkers have a little knowledge of terms and conditions of an insurance policy?!?
