INVOICE AND CHARTER PARTY B/L

subject letter of credit requires: 

“FULL SET CLEAN ON BOARD . . . . . . . .MARKED FREIGHT PREPAID  OR FREIGHT PAYABLE AS PER CHARTER PARTY”

 

and states:

 

“CHARTER PARTY BILL OF LADING ACCEPTABLE”.

 

However, the letter of credit also requires:

 

“2 ORIGINAL SELLERS INVOICE . . . . . . . .EVIDENCING FOB VALUE AND FREIGHT PREPAID”.

 

is this correct or invoice should also state FREIGHT PREPAID  OR FREIGHT PAYABLE AS PER CHARTER PARTY

CFR Invoice.

Dear Abrr !

I'm assuming the the Incoterms used is CFR. However the L/C requested to you issuing the Invoice showing the FOB price.

If you do not mind to state the component of the price in Invoice, FOB price, Fright and the CFR.

But if the incoterms used is FOB, you have to ask the amount of freight to the buyer.
