If LC asked something to be mentioned on packing list, then it should be compy with LC terms,

Otherwise, simply document title packing list or untitled dox will be acceptable.

If the l/c is calling any specific clause on P/L, then you have to mention.

 But you can include the description of goods, net weight, gross weight, number of bags/box (subject to your shipment), number of containers and kind of packing, l/c number, b/l number, P/L date.

These details will make your packing list perfect.
