Please help me... One of the LC document sounds like below:

" A Radio Activities Certificate must be accompanied with original shipping documents." - Do I need to provide the certificate from competent authorities (which will take around 2 weeks)?

Can I issue radioactivity certificate from private laboratory, which is accredited by competent authorities?

or Option 3, can we issue the certificate using our (Beneficiary's) letterhead?
