Regarding clause 44 c

Hi Friends ,

I m new user to this forum i have one confussion so need your help to resolve the same .

I have recieved the L/C from Portugal , where the Cluase 44C is missing i.e Draft At  but in clause 78  it is cleaarly mentioned that we will cover according to negotiating bank instructions .So as my knowlege it can be treated as L/C Sight .

As our contract payment terms is L/C Sight 

So need your Cooments for the above ,

Whether it should be treated as L/C Sight or Bank can refuse to negotiate the Documents .

Negotiation of Discripent Documents

Hi,

 Please advice the status in following situation

LC is unconfirmed

Beneficiary submit documents, and due to Price fall, Buyer's bank find out discrepency like ( typo error, full stop, or error in BL) or some errors which does not change the meaning or essence of goods and LC opening bank refuse to pay ( and buyer negotiate for price) in such case what must be action 

or in other words if   discrepency is not changing any meaning of consignments, in suc case can beneficiary's bank can force buyer's bank to remit
