Gentleman, Kindly note that we have a Bank Line of Credit of up to $70 million in one bank and over $200 million in the other one. But we need to lease BG as bank collateral for our facility at our bank. is this possible? if so, please send us those form's. Further, please note that we have the wording accepted by our bank for the facility. Should this be accepted, we will start with 1 million and we go up to the limit requested. but we need to know the process and the fee's and all information. Further, please note that in accordance to the procedures of the Egyptian Bank, we cannot issue any payment fees or anything in that regards without having to receive first the BG and accepted by our banker. Yet we are willing to singe a promissory note that once the BG is issued and received and accepted by out bank, an immediate transaction of payment is to be made directly to the leaser, and commission to the facilitator. Please note that we are willing to pay fees and commission's dos not accede 8% of the total face value of the BG. Should those terms be accepted by the issuer, and or the mandate and can work with us on this we can start immediately with this transaction. Please note that the issuing bank preferred to be top 25 banks, or BNP Paribas bank. Thank you and look forward to your prompt reply.
