What kind of software or made spreadsheet you use in your trade finance team. I work as leader of trade finance team in our bank. Distributing the tasks (based on client) among team members I have to remember each case which is less effective in large volumes. Openings and payments can be easy to control, since we periodically update payments spreadsheet. But 30% of time you have to deal with non-standard cases like delays or queries by confirming bank, cash availability, conversion of national currency to LC currency, clients requests on different issues.
My question is, do you use task management software or spreadsheets which integrates documentary credit functions? could your share with your knowledge and idea.
