Letter of Credit Forum

I am not sure if this has been covered / suggested before, but I believe it would be nice to not have the choice of typing (or this forum's system auto picking up the subject from the first few words of the replies) the subject everytime someone replies to a topic.

that way when someone is looking under new forum topics (on the main page), they would automatically be able to click on the topic they replied to a while or few hours ago.

example.

user 1 posts a question with the title "shipping guarantee help"

user 2 posts an answer with the title "I can help with your question"

User 1 posts again saying in the title "thanks"

such scenerios leads to many new forum topics, that all lead to the same topic / thread..

so if by default, user 2 and so on are not given the choice of typing (or this forum's system auto picking up the subject from the first few words of the replies) the subject/title when they are replying to a topic, then such noise can be reduced as the title/topic will remain same for all replies.. and users won't be clicking on "thanks" for example to find that they have come back to the same page talking about "shipping guarantee"
