Dear all

We've issued a nonconfirmed - transferable L/C at sight available with issuing bank. Yesterday advising bank requested us to change the field 41A with phrase that advising bank allow to transfer the credit. Will it possible for advising bank transfer the credit without our assistance and amendments into L/c. In MT 700 we clearly wrote irrevocable - transferable L/C. But if we need to amend our L/c pls explain me
