transferring bank and documents

hi experts

Does transferring bank  have  the duty to check docs (including the replaced

1st beneficiary's invoice) prior to sending them to the issuing bank ,with

respect to art 14 of the ucp?

Or it may act as mediator only , as finally it pays 2nd beneficiary only after 

receipt of funds from issuing bank without recourse.

Ofcourse you rreally need of paper ransfer for this shirkunya. If your not sure. Just inquire at your desire new bank target. Actually your not the only one who are interested to transfer bank.
