As someone already posted in this forum... please, do not ask for having free ICC publications. Many people work on them and it is correct that we give to them the right "price". So..considering that each new Rules last (more or less) for many years.. buy a copy and do not try to get them for free.

we already ordered and have now the official publication.
it will enter in force starting from July 1st 2010. its a nice and colourful booklet worth having it in hardcopy..
