so,if it is mention on the L/C discrepancy charges will be livived.Then it doent matter approval basis or collection basis .......issuing bank will deduct descrepancy charges....i am i correct

Assuming that the documents have been forwarded on approval basis under UCP600, and not on collection under URC522, the issuing bank would be obliged to examine the presentation under provsions of Art.14

Whether or not the issuing bank will deduct (or should) deduct discrepancy fees, should depend on whether the bank had declared on the original LC that discrepancy fees would be charged.
