payment after refusal

Issuing bank refused to accept the documents and make payments to the beneficiary  after it found the documents are discrepant.

The LC has expired. Now the issuing bank wants to make the payment after waiving the discrepancies. What does the applicant do now ?

Issuing will till it gets waiver from applicant ....

And will pay you once appilcant accept the discrepancies...
