I believe this is beyond the grey firmly in the illegal area as an offer. I can be more detailed but in this forum they have professional things to discuss not scams.

Sapphirecapital is 100% correct.

If you show this to any compliance officer, not only will they say it is rubbish but a Forward Fee Scam.

Admin,

Please do ban that member. This is a good forum and scammers should not be allowed.

Let his post remain as it is a good example of a Scam.
