If you want to import/buy/credit and need bank instrumnet like Sight LC or USANCE LC or SBLC, we can arrange it for you with lease condition or joint/partner condition.

These bank instrument can use as collateral on your bank / private funder

Your seller/bank/private funder required to follow our verbiage/text of bank instrument where is these bank instrument will be un-conditional, irrevocable, transferable and clean.

Issuing bank will be from Singapore, Hong Kong etc. Only bank from Alzerbaijan and Ukraine can follows to your format

If you are interest and this offers give benefit to you please provide bellow document:

1. Sales contract/credit line/loan agrement
2. Pro-forma invoice
3. Company letter head (blank)
4. Scan full colour passport
5. Bank details (seller and buyer / benefeciary)
6. Company profile/deed

Procedure:

1. You send all document to us
2. We send you draft of bank instrument
3. You need to forward format to buyer/benefeciary/bank/private funder and get them approval
4. Send back to us format agreed and put your sign/seal
5. We send you Letter of Undertaking and sign it
6. Meeting face to face if need, if not payment in front for lease but if you want to do this as partner no need to do any payment
7. Send by MT 760 (SBLC) and FIN 700 for L/C
8. Return paper before maturity or payment full amount before maturity if want to cash in the bank instrument
