to whom it may concern, we are an iranian company ,we need to import iron from china .duo to sanctions neither factories nor banks accept with 100 % LC at sight .i heard from some body about sillence confimation letter of credit that can work for our problem.is it so??do you know any banks in this regards?thanks/ ali /iran

Silent Confirmation is for Exporter to arrange

From the limited details given by you, I can only comment that Silent Confirmation is an arrangement between Exporter and his Bank.  As you stated the neither the the Exporter nor their Bank is accepting the Sight L/C. Hence you may explore some other type of payment structure which is acceptable to both you and Exporter.
