A BEN RECEIVED THE L/C ,SHOWING IN 44E port of loding : pto shanghai

but we do not understand what is the mean of pto....?

Hello zhmwcn, 

Have you received the credit from Spain or any spanish speaking country? If so then 'pto' might be the abreviation of spanish word 'puerto'  which means 'port'.

 Otherwise I do not know what it may mean.
