Please advise me the exact meaning/clarification for the following terms used in Insurance policy drawn under l/c:

  1. Name of the assured:xxxxxx
  2. declared and agreed that respective rights and interest of xxxxx
  3. assignment:xxxxxx

RE Your answers.

1. First advise what is the incoterms in the Credit and also advise the FULL clause of insurance which stipulates in the Credit. Then , I will be in a better position to answer.
