documents made in the name of consignee

Dear All,

I would like to ask you all as the following.

+The LC in field 47A stipulated that all documents exept draft must be made in the name of ABC Co.,ltd...adress.... The documents presented to issuing bank showing consignee ABC Co., ltd and without mentioned applicant in all that documents.

As per UCP600 Invoice etc should be made in the name of applicant. Therefore, such above mentioned presentation is discrepant or not?

Pls kindly clarify.
