Letter of Credit Forum

Dear Expert,

we had issued the LC to chinese beneficiary and received the documents from chinese bank. we have received the Bill of Exchange mentioning 'pay to the order of xyz co. ltd. (xyz co. ltd. is beneficiary)'  and stamped in chinese language. In this bill of exchange, who is the issuer of Bill of Exchange? as the stamped in chinese language (and lc clearly mentioned the all documents requested to be submitted in english language but as per ISBP, signature or stamp may be in other language too.)

And further endorsement to the lc issuing bank not done by the beneficiary, isn't it discrepancy?

please advise me.
