Hi dear,,  are you the buyer or seller ? I am waitting your urgent response to be able helpe you because you have10 days in maximum before release the Lc amount for the seller / vendor if you're the buyer !! by the bank .

Hi Friend,

as a banker you will lift the discrepancy, as buyer it is necessary to investigate, with help of forwarder if the goods are on the vessel and the vessel left the port of loading.

Are you sure that bill of lading does not have On Board notation?, It is a simple received for shipment bill of lading or.....

Please let me know.
