I have confusion between transferable l/c service charge and Buying House commssion .For Buying House , buying house company must get permission from central bank & inclusion Company And also their buying commission charge.But after getting L/C ,L/C has no clause in favor of buying agent charge. Many of cases L?C were transferable .they transfered the L/C second beneficiary and getting more charge/commision which is greater than decclared buying commission since the agreement between First beneficiary(Buying House) & second here buying charge is invalid.
1.Can a buying House get more charge than declared?
2.Can a buying House take a advantage of transfer L/C i.e l/c value differ from the orginal L/C?
