A BG/SBLC is raised from a Top AA rated Bank, in your name and Bank Account in the tune of Face value of instrument. The BG/SBLC will be placed on a Euro clear Bank Screen of pages 1-15, as soon as you received the 15 pages of the Euro clear you take it to your Bank and Bank officer confirm/verifies the BG/SBLC with your receiving bank. Upon confirmation of the Euro clear Bank Screen of pages 1-15 you will pay 1% cash via wire transfer to provider, for Processing and Administration fee. Within 24 hours after the Processing and Administration fee received, MT760 Swift will be transmitted to your Account. Upon confirmation of MT760 swift, beneficiary pay provider total of 9+2 % of face value via wire transfer for leasing fees and broker commission. Noted your content on SBLC/BG Lease & Sale..

Kindly let me know the following answers to your quote:

1. On what basis will the Provider first raise instrument & put in Euroclear on Borrower's name ?

2. Payment of 1% for processing & admin fees is an Upfront fees, whats the guarantee that after payment MT760 will be shot ?

3. Finally, the payment of 9+2% has to be paid upon receipt of MT760 - means 1% + 9% +2% = 12% is the total fees.

4. In case of sale 38+2%, provide me the procedures for payment upon MT760.

5. Kindly let me know the name of the bank providing these instruments.
