Dear All,

i am new on this forum and would like to request the experts to help me in this query.

My company works on franchise system (and have various franchises in different countries).

for a new franchisee my company wants to supply the raw materials without disclosing the supplier name (for reasons like privacy, profit margin etc).

One of my friends suggested to work it through Transferrable L/C.  

Could you please guide me on how to make it (step by step) or is there any other solution?
