Query related to transfer LC documents cover letter

Transferring Bank sent documents to issuing bank with its cover letter and forgot to sign on cover letter in authorised signature column and documents already dispatched.  In this case how transferring bank rectify its mistake immediatly.

Hi Friend,

a Swift message stating that the remittance letter is duly signed will suffice.

But are you sure that the issuing bank will claim? However this will be no graund to

refuse documents, IMHO:
