TRASFER L/C DOCUMENTS CHECK

Dear,

The transferred L/C documents received on 3/15/2016. The Master L/C has been transferred to 2nd beneficiary for $35000.00

Transferred L/C expiry date :3/14/2016 Transferring bank counter.

presentation date : documents must be present for negotiation within 14 daye from bills of lading date.  (B/L date : 2/29/2016)

2nd beneficiary's nego bank covering date: 3/11/2016  but Transferring bank received the docs on 3/15/16

What is the discrepancies of this documents:

IMHO...

Hi Friends,

if 14 march is a banking day in your Country or the transferring bank did not  tranferred the place of presentation

the documents have been received when the l/c expired.
