Usage of MT 732

Hi all,

Am not very clear in the usage of MT 732. Need help on the below

1. Pls explain the exact usage of MT 732.
2. Can this message be taken for acceptance of discrepancies and can payment/acceptance be made based on the same?
3. Can we take that in all cases when MT 732 is sent, the documents are with the party that sends the MT 732?
4. Is MT 732 sent for non-discrepant documents also?

Hi Friend,

Unfortunately I have a September 2000 edition of the paper issue of said booklet , but you mayvisit Swift Website to control.

In this booklet are indicated the scopes of such message:

-this message is sent by the issuing bank to the paying/negotiating or accepting bank(Advise of discharge)

-it may also be sent by the paying/accepting/negotiatingbank to the bank from which it has received documents.

-it is used to adise the receiver that the documentsreceived with discrepancies have been taken up.

In few words that all is now ok.

Please controll if in the meantime some other has been added or modified.
