Letter of Credit Forum

Dear All,

we received LC (back to back LC) from Capital Bank of Jordan 3 months ago. we also have sent the Goods to the buyer and have presented the documents to the Bank, but there was any discrepancies that couldn't be avoided by us. The buyer promised to us that they would accept the discrepancies but until now we do not receive the payment and 2 weeks ago the LC was expired. Could they still make a payment to us after accept our discrepancies? Should we make any amendment first? should they make a payment to us by T.T?

I need your explanation about that. what should I do? Thank you so much
