Letter of Credit Forum

Hi all, 

I'm planning to get CDCS exam on coming 2015 . I would like to know how can I register for it. I'm from Malaysia and I have the form with me. I just wondering about the payment method. They have stated there they need some registration number once I have bank tele transfer the money. Does it mean I need to submit the registration form before I make the fund transfer?
