commercial invoice made by cloth fas but mentioned on behalf of hi teck, china

does the commercial invoicwe complying or not

pls. clarify.

Hello anisan,

If the L/C requires the invoice to be made out to the applicant, but is made out to another address/name it does not comply.

Please have Cloth Fas reqork the CI.
