which one of these B/Ls are negotioable?

1- Airway bill

2- CMR or land b/l

3-ocean b/ls

4- rail b/ls

Hello there
(Again, I would suggest you post these questions on the main forum – you will attract better responses I am sure).
It may seem petty (or pedantic) but no transport documents are actually ‘negotiable’ – at best, they might be transferable: but let us put that aside for this question.
The only document which traditionally allows merchants to transfer possession by transfer of the document itself (from your list) is the Ocean Bill i.e. a bill of lading issued by a marine carrier.

If you click on "forums" on the top ribbon of the page, you will see the main forum 'letters of credit'. This is where I suggest you post. You are presently posting on the "best deals" part of the site, which is rarely read by users I think.
