Please advise ....

We are an Indian co.,have secured order from Indian govt owned co.

for supply of equipment to their site office in Bhutan(the equipment will be used in a Bhutan govt project as such it is custom duty exempt in Bhutan).

The equipment will be imported from Italy and is to be sent to Bhutan.

Please advise

Q1.how do we stay away from paying customs in India

Q2.attach our bill in place of the Italian companys bill and send it to Bhutan.
