Loans on Letter of Credit

I have few customers in Honk Kong willing to give me Letter of Credits. I have a manufacturer in America who will only accept cash and will not accept Letter of Credit. This was made clear to me. I don't have that cash, how can I get that loan on my Letter of Credit so I can go forward with financing my purchase from the manufacturers?
