HS Code diff. in same doc.

I want to know whether HS code mentioned as (for e.g.) ‘1100.00.00’ and ‘1100.00’ in same document  but in different section with clearly mentioning HS code will be coated as discrepancy or not?

HS CODE IS A10 DIGITS CODE, NORMALLY USED IN THE FIRST FOUR DIGITS, IMHO IF NOT REQUIRED BY THE L/C TERMS ANY FORM OF COMPOSITION MUST BE ACCEPTED, EXCEPT IF THESE DIGITS ARE DIFFERENT I.E. HS CODE 20.10.00.00.00 AND

30.10.
